1. The mechanical moving parts such as star reducer and ash conveying device should be filled with oil and changed oil according to regulations, and any abnormal phenomenon should be eliminated in time.
2. The oil-water separator in the gas storage tank and the gas source triplet should be drained once per shift, and the oil-water separator should be cleaned every 3 to 6 months. The oil mist device should be checked frequently for oil storage and refueled in time.
3. If the electromagnetic pulse valve fails, it should be eliminated in time. If there are impurities and moisture inside, it should be cleaned up. If the diaphragm is damaged, it should be replaced in time.
4. The operator should be familiar with the principle, performance and use conditions of dust removal accessories, and master the adjustment and maintenance methods.
5. When using the timing type ash cleaning controller, it should be regularly determined whether the ash cleaning cycle is accurate, otherwise it should be adjusted. When using the constant resistance pulse controller, the working condition of the pressure switch should be checked regularly, whether the pressure measuring port is blocked, and cleaned up.
6. When starting up, the compressed air should be connected to the air storage tank first, the control power should be connected, and the ash discharge device should be started. If there are other equipment in the system, the downstream equipment should be started first.
7. Regularly measure process parameters, such as flue gas volume, temperature, concentration, etc., if any abnormality is found, the cause should be found and dealt with in time.
8. When shutting down, after the process system is stopped, the dust removal accessories and exhaust fans should be kept working for a period of time to remove moisture and dust in the equipment. It must be noted that when the dust removal accessories stop working, the dust removal accessories must be repeatedly cleaned. Carry out dust cleaning (manual cleaning is available), and remove the dust on the dust filter bag to prevent the bag from being affected by moisture.
9. When shutting down, it is not necessary to cut off the compressed air source, especially when the fan is working, it is necessary to provide compressed air to the poppet valve cylinder to ensure that the poppet valve is open.
10. When the dust collector accessories are working normally, the ash discharge device cannot stop working, otherwise, the dust hopper will soon be filled with dust and overflow into the bag room, forcing the dust collector accessories to stop working.
