During the normal operation of the dust collector, any changes in conditions or certain failures will affect the normal operation and performance of the dust removal equipment. All some problems we need to pay attention to:

In order to better use the dust collector and create a clean working environment for workers, it is necessary to use reasonable technology to use the dust collector and the main engine to cooperate with each other. to run normally, and then turn on the host.

2. When starting the host equipment, the dust collector needs to be idle for more than half an hour in advance.

3. The main engine should not be shut down. The dust collector must not be shut down at the same time as the main engine. If it is shut down with the main engine at the same time, it will cause serious equipment accidents. The filter bag needs to be replaced or cleaned, the ash hopper will be piled up, and the conveyor will be hanged, etc., resulting in equipment man-made accidents. (The reason is that the large amount of dust remaining in the dust collector cannot be completely removed in time, so the above is an artificial phenomenon.)
